+ Do you have virtual therapy sessions?

Yes, I use a secure HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.

+ What are your hours?

I offer sessions online on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12-4:30 pm. I have in person sessions in my Grapevine office on Thursdays and Saturdays from 12-4:30 pm.

+ How long does a session last?

One hour is most common. I will design custom sessions according to your specific needs. For example, individuals usually choose one hour sessions while couples may choose sessions two hours or more.

+ What does as session cost?

Sessions are $165 an hour for individuals and $215 an hour for couples.

+ Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance but I can provide you with a superbill you can use to file with your provider.

+ Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, I accept most credit cards and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged the cost of your session. If you are using insurance you will be charged the cost of the full contracted rate for the session.

+ How do I schedule a session?

+ What are your areas of specialty?

I have worked with many different types of intimate relationships, and also work with people wanting to improve relationships with family, friends, and professional connections. I also do relationship coaching for couples and individuals. I also work with those experiences life stresses and changes, grief, depression, and anxiety.

+ What modalities do you use?

Gottman method in my therapeutic work with couples and have completed Levels 1-3 of Gottman Method training, Gottman Affair Recovery, Gottman Trauma treatment, and Gottman Addiction Recovery. I also use Imago therapy techniques as well as relational cultural methods. I am a relational and client centered therapist and combine that with cognitive behavioral techniques as needed. I also have a background in nutrition, WholeFit coaching and Reiki and believe in holistic treatment.

+ How long have you been practicing?

15 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in Private Practice for 12 years and before that I worked with children and families in Early Childhood Intervention.
